About
MY STORY
If you're struggling with your health and confidence, I know how you feel.
Hi, I'm Jane, and I'm a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist and Nutrigenomics Practitioner based in Bedfordshire. I can offer clients in-person consultations, or virtually via my online clinic.
Throughout my life I have suffered from digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, low thyroid function and acne, all of which really knocked my self-confidence.
Frustrated with mainstream medical advice, I started my own research into nutrition and natural medicine and began making changes to my diet and lifestyle.
I was surprised to see such an improvement in my health, appearance and well-being - it felt like magic! Why didn't everyone know about this?
I felt inspired to deepen my knowledge and share this powerful message with others so that they too could enjoy the benefits. I listened to my inner calling and embarked on a journey to pursue Naturopathic Nutrition studies.
MY MISSION
My mission is to help you take charge of your health and well-being through empowered nutrition.
SUPPORTING BETTER FAMILY HEALTH & NUTRITION
Helping children and families to feel better, look better and live better.
As a teacher with almost two decades of experience, I have a special skill and passion for working with young people.
Many of the health challenges that we face on a daily basis can be significantly improved with a focus on naturopathic and lifestyle factors - gut issues, skin, mental health and even the symptoms of neurodiversity and ADHD.
We have the power to transform our lives through our food and lifestyle choices and I want to empower families and children to affect positive change in their health so that they can build strong foundations for the kind of lives that they aspire for.
My Qualifications
We're bombarded with 'quick fix' solutions on social media for all areas of our lives. Nutritional advice is everywhere but varies hugely in quality and impact on health and wellbeing.
The clients who come to me are not looking for the next quick fixes or diet fad, they're looking for in-depth advice and support to help them find long-term solutions to their health challenges.
They want to make sustainable positive change.
I wanted to learn to the highest standard, so I chose to study Nutritional Therapy for three years at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, including 200 hours of clinical experience.
I’m a qualified Nutritional Therapist, a member of The Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP) and registered with the General Naturopathic Council (GNC).
I am also a qualified Nutrigenomics practitioner working with Lifecode GX, the leading experts in Nutrigenomics testing. As part of my consultation process I can offer DNA testing and interpretation for a deeper level of personalisation.
TESTIMONIAL
Jane was incredibly informative and helpful when advising me on how changing my nutrition could improve my PCOS diagnosis. As well as being extremely knowledgeable in her field, she was empathetic and understanding and took into consideration my job and lifestyle when providing me with resources to help improve my condition. As part of my consultation, she also gave me an extensive list of suggested healthy recipes and general lifestyle tips that were easy to follow and definitely made a difference. I’d highly recommend working with Jane.
