Feel free to book a discovery call to discuss your health concerns and which option would best suit your needs (there is no pressure or obligation).

My Approach
Realistic, achievable goals
I bring a down-to-earth, gentle approach.
We’re all humans and it’s unrealistic to think that we can make healthy choices every second of the day.
For this reason, I promote an 80-20 approach which involves eating healthily and mindfully 80% of the time, but with with some flexibility and indulgence the remainder of the time.
Honouring your uniqueness
We are all unique and so require a tailored approach to our diet and lifestyle.
My focus is to help my clients in gaining a better understanding of their individual needs and supporting them in achieving their health goals.
My experience as a teacher means I am uniquely positioned to support and communicate with the whole family.
Lifestyle protocols for balance
All the nutritious food in the world won’t be so effective if your nervous system is on overdrive because you feel anxious or stressed.
We need a calm and relaxed digestive system in order to absorb goodness from our diet, so we work together on lifestyle protocols such as relaxation, breathwork, meditation and creativity to alleviate stress to bring the body back into balance.
A creative, eclectic approach
My background is deeply rooted in the visual arts. Combined with my passion for nutrition, I am equipped to support clients in a creative and unique way.
This enables me to find a new way of eating that fits into their lifestyle, ensuring that they can achieve their health expectations in a realistic and healthy manner.

Nutrigenomics
DNA Testing with personalised plan and interpretation
What is Nutrigenomics and how can it help you?
Nutrigenomics is a fascinating field that explores the intricate relationship between our genetic makeup, the nutrients we consume, and our overall health. By examining our unique DNA variations, a nutrigenomics test can reveal how these genetic differences influence our response to food, nutrient absorption, metabolism, exercise, sleep, and detoxification processes. By understanding these interactions, nutrigenomics aims to develop personalised nutrition and lifestyle recommendations to improve health and prevent disease.
Once your DNA has been tested, your results will never change since your DNA remains the same from birth. This makes it a valuable, one-time investment in your long-term health.
I am a qualified Nutrigenomics practitioner working with Lifecode GX, the leading experts in Nutrigenomics (DNA) testing. My personal journey with nutrigenomics has had a profound impact on my health and well-being, inspiring me to delve deeper into the subject and ultimately offer this service to help my clients.
Nutrigenomics testing is an ideal complement to my comprehensive Nutrition Packages. The initial consultation will provide me with valuable information that helps determine which specific nutrigenomics report(s) will best suit your needs. Then, by analysing your DNA test results, I can provide tailored insights that not only help address current health concerns but also empower you with the knowledge to take a proactive and preventative approach to your long-term health.
By analysing your individual genetic makeup, nutrigenomics can provide tailored nutritional recommendations that align with your unique genetic profile.
How does it work
If you would like to add Nutrigenomic testing to your Nutrition Package, our in-depth initial consultation will provide us with the essential information needed to determine which DNA test(s) are best suited to your individual needs.
After your consultation, I will organise a kit to be sent to you which includes a simple cotton swab to collect loose cells from the inside of the mouth. Using the swab, you collect a sample from the inside of your cheek which is then sent back to the Lifecode GX laboratory for analysis (free postage provided). Results are typically ready within 2-3 weeks.
I will then book in with you to discuss your results and send you your updated personalised nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.

TESTIMONIAL
For many years I had just been eating to enjoy food and not to look after my gut. I'd also recently tried to go vegetarian and had cut out various foods from my diet. I'd recently had a stressful time at work and a couple of experiences with very bad abdominal pain and had some investigations done with my GP, which didn't highlight much without a lot more investigation, but deep down I knew I really needed a change of diet to look after and respect my gut for the rest of my life.
I contacted Jane and she helped me to do just that. She started by talking to me about my medical history and things that I had never even thought about, including antibiotics, things that I might have cut out of my diet and how and when I ate the foods that I did eat. She then went away and analysed everything and then came back to me with a collection of information including detail on the different food groups, diet plans, example meals and equipment to have in the house to prepare certain foods, that helped me to start again and put different things in place to improve my diet.
One of the lovely recipes she gave me for breakfast, I now have nearly every morning and absolutely love it. I have brought back all the correct protein and vegetables to help me eat correctly and feel that my gut is happy ☺.
I would highly recommend Jane's practices and I thank her for enabling me to respect my gut again and eat healthily for life and the challenges it may bring me.
